Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. This helps us accommodate other clients and manage our schedule professionally.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours of the appointment time) and no-shows are subject to a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. This is not refundable and cannot be applied to future visit.
Late cancellation and no-show are defined as:
- Cancelling less than 24 hours prior to your appointment. Even thou we are closed on Sunday and Mondays, we still answer our phones on those days and after hours. A text does not constitute as proper notification. You must call.
- Arriving more than 10 minutes late, which will automatically cancel your appointment due to limited-service time remaining.
- Rescheduling your appointment within the 24-hour window does not release you from your late cancelation fee.
We appreciate your cooperation, as we try to honor all our clients’ schedules.
Deposits 50% deposits are required for any hair, skin or body services that require a booking time longer than 2 hours. If we are unable to determine what the total service fee is prior to your visit a minimum deposit fee is $100. This deposit is required no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled service. Deposits are applied towards your service at time of visit. If you cancel or reschedule you will forfeit this deposit.
Special requests for Sunday /Monday service We completely understand wanting to get in as soon as possible, and we truly appreciate your loyalty. Appointments outside of our regular business hours are typically reserved for special circumstances, such as medical needs, weddings, or other time-sensitive events.
Decency Policy
We reserve the right to restrict or refuse service to customers who have missed more than one appointment or to customers who show up more than 10 minutes late to receive their scheduled service. We reserve the right to restrict or refuse service to anyone who violates any of our salon and spa policies.

Booking Discrepancies
Appointment times are reserved according to the service originally selected at booking. If a client electively alters his/her/they service or downgrades to a lower-priced or shorter appointment at the time of service, charges may still reflect the originally reserved appointment time. Our minimum scheduling rate is $100 per hour of reserved time.

Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
